The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising an aqueous solution of arginine and ibuprofen, wherein the molar ratio of arginine to ibuprofen is less than 1:1, as well as a method of making the same. The present invention also provides a method of treating a condition chosen from pain, inflammation, fever, and/or other conditions alleviated by ibuprofen comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising an aqueous solution of arginine and ibuprofen, wherein the molar ratio of arginine to ibuprofen is less than 1:1.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une solution aqueuse d'arginine et d'ibuprofène, le rapport molaire de l'aginine sur l'ibuprofène étant inférieur à 1:1, ainsi qu'une technique de fabrication de cette composition. Cette invention concerne aussi une technique de traitement d'un état pathologique sélectionnée parmi la douleur, l'inflammation, la fièvre et/ou d'autres états pathologiques soulagées par l'ibuprofène, qui consiste à administrer une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une solution aqueuse d'arginine et d'ibuprofène, le rapport de l'arginine sur l'ibuprofène étant inférieur à1:1 .
