Solid composition comprising (a) an anionic surfactant in combination with a water-soluble and basic polymer, or (b) a cationic surfactant in combination with a water-soluble and acidic polymer, and (c) at least one poorly water- soluble pharmaceutically active ingredient, and solid or liquid dosage forms, especially tablets, coated tablets, capsules or suppositories or aqueous solutions comprising the solid composition. The surfactant/polymer system is soluble in water and solubilises the active ingredient so that good bioavailability with therapeutical quantities may be attained. Aqueous solutions are suitable for nasal, parenteral or ophthalmic treatments.
L'invention concerne une composition solide comprenant (a) un tensioactif anionique en combinaison avec un polymère basique soluble dans l'eau, ou (b) un tensioactif cationique en combinaison avec un polymère acide soluble dans l'eau, et (c) au moins un ingrédient pharmaceutiquement actif faiblement soluble dans l'eau. L'invention concerne également des formes posologiques solides ou liquides, et notamment des comprimés, des comprimés enrobés, des capsules, des suppositoires ou des solutions aqueuses comprenant cette composition solide. Le système tensioactif/polymère est soluble dans l'eau et solubilise l'ingrédient actif, d'où l'obtention d'une biodisponibilité satisfaisante avec des doses thérapeutiques. Ces solutions aqueuses sont destinées à un traitement nasal, parentéral ou ophtalmique.
