Also disclosed are methods of treating and preventing diseases and conditions such as, but not limited to, leprosy, chronic graft-vs-host disease, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, an inflammatory condition, inflammatory bowel disease, and cancer using the novel dosage forms disclosed herein.
