L'objet de l'invention est de fournir des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant un anticorps monoclonal humanisé anti-CD6 pour le diagnostic et le traitement de syndromes lymphoprolifératifs, en particulier la leucémie lymphocytaire chronique de type B. Le champ d'application de la présente invention s'étend à l'oncologie.
