The present invention is directed to the use of a chimaeric TNF binding protein which comprises a soluble part of the human p55- or the p75-TNF-receptor and all or parts of the constant domains of the heavy or light chain of human immunoglobulin or of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'une protéine chimère liant le facteur de nécrose tumorale (TNF), laquelle comporte une partie soluble du récepteur humain p55 ou p75 du TNF et la totalité ou des parties des domaines constants de la chaîne lourde ou légère de l'immunoglobuline humaine ou bien un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, pour la préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique destinée au traitement de maladies autoimmunes.
