ABSTRACT New pharmaceutical compositions for topical use contai- ning esters of .omega.-3 polyunsaturated acids having a high con- centration have been obtained. Such formulations have been added with phenolic antioxidants and with adjuvants. The present formulations have been found clinically use- ful in the treatment of morbid affections, in particular in the treatment of psoriasis, phlebitis and the correlated pa- thologies.
