The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for prevention and treatment of cancerous diseases and a process for their preparation. The compositions comprise at least three compounds occurring in the circulatory system: at least one amino acid, at least one vitamin and at least one member selected from the group consisting of adenine, 2-deoxy-D-ribose, D-mannose, D- glucosamine, malic acid, oxalacetic acid and adenosine triphosphate. The compositions can be applied without toxic effects for prevention of cancerous diseases, for inhibition of tumour formation in case of AIDS and transplantations, for hindering metastasis formation and for direct, adjuvant or combined treatment and cure of cancerous diseases.
L'invention se rapporte à des compositions pharmaceutiques destinées à la prévention et au traitement de maladies cancéreuses ainsi qu'au procédé de préparation de celles-ci. Ces compositions comprennent au moins trois composés se trouvant dans le système circulatoire: au moins un acide aminé, au moins une vitamine et au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe comprenant adénine, 2-désoxy-D-ribose, D-mannose, D-glucosamine, acide malique, acide oxalacétique et adénosine triphosphate. On peut utiliser ces compositions dénuées d'effets toxiques dans la prévention des maladies cancéreuses, afin d'inhiber la formation de tumeurs dans le cas du SIDA et de transplantations, afin d'empêcher la formation de métastases, et en tant que traitement et remède directs, adjuvants ou combinés des maladies cancéreuses.
