This invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions for improving anesthesia recovery and preventing nausea and emesis and a method for improved injection site tolerance. In particular, the invention is directed to pharmaceutical compositions with an improved injection site toleration comprising an effective amount of a neurokinin receptor antagonist with a pharmaceutically acceptable cyclodextrin. The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions of the compound of Formula (I), wherein R2 is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, sec-butyl and tert-butyl. The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions of the compound of Formula la, and cyclodextrins and methods for improved injection site toleration thereof.
L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques permettant d'améliorer la récupération après une anesthésie et d'empêcher la nausée et les vomissements, ainsi qu'un procédé pour une tolérance accrue de site d'injection. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques avec une tolérance accrue de site d'injection comprenant une quantité efficace d'un antagoniste du récepteur de la neurokinine avec une cyclodextrine pharmaceutiquement acceptable. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques de composés représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle R?2¿ est choisi dans le groupe comprenant méthyle, éthyle, isopropyle, sec-butyle et tert-butyle.
