Pharmaceutical compositions useful for hydrophobic agents paclitaxel, paclitaxel analogs and conjugates thereof (e g ANG1005) which do not contain Cremophor .TM. The compositions further comprise an optional tonicity agent, a buffering agent a bulking agent and a solubilizmg agent which is not Cremophor .TM. Methods of preparing said compositions and of said compositions in the treatment of cancer are also included.

Les compositions comprennent en outre un agent de tonicité facultatif, un agent de tamponnage, un agent gonflant et un agent solubilisant qui n'est pas le Cremophor.
