The invention relates to a method of obtaining the protein of the capsid of the serotypes of the Dengue virus, which can induce a protective immune response against a viral challenge in the recipient, without inducing antibody- dependent immunoamplification. The recombinant proteins obtained can be used in the pharmaceutical industry in order to obtain dengue vaccine preparations.

Les protéines de recombinaison obtenues peuvent être utilisées dans l'industrie pharmaceutique pour la préparation de vaccins contre le virus de la Dengue.
