PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOUNDS ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a pharmaceutical compound of the formula Image (I) in which R1 and R2 are each hydrogen, halo, hydroxy, nitro, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, hydroxy-C1-4 alkyl, R3 is hydrogen or optionally substituted phenylsulphonyl, R4 is optionally sub- stituted phenyl, benzofuranyl or dihydrobenzofuranyl, and R5 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; and salts thereof.
