The present invention relates to delayed release coated cores comprising an active substance in their core and a polymer coating comprising at least one or more ammonio methacrylate copolymer, characterised in that the core comprises at least a surfactant; to monolithic or multiparticulate pharmaceutical dosage forms comprising such delayed release coated cores and to their method of manufacture.
La présente invention concerne des noyaux enrobés à libération retard renfermant une substance active, qui sont revêtus d'un enrobage polymère comprenant au moins un copolymère méthacrylique ammoniacal, et qui sont caractérisés en ce que le noyau renferme au moins un tensioactif. L'invention se rapporte également à des formes posologiques pharmaceutiques monolithiques ou multiparticulaires comprenant les noyaux enrobés à libération retard précités et au procédé de fabrication de ces derniers.
