The invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation in colloidal form for topical application, for the therapy and prophylaxis of pathological changes of the skin and/or cutaneous appendages and/or mucous membranes, including mucous membranes of the intestinal tract, urogenital tract, the bronchial system and/or conjunctiva. Said preparation comprises a lipophilic phase in an amount of 1-10 wt. %, a mixture of surfactant and co-surfactant in an amount of 1-50 wt. %, a hydrophilic phase in an amount of 40-80 wt. % and cyclosporin or derivatives thereof as active ingredient at a concentration of 0.1-20 wt. %.

La présente invention concerne une formulation pharmaceutique se présentant sous forme colloïdale destinée à une application topique pour traiter et prévenir les modifications pathologiques de la peau et/ou de ses annexes et/ou des muqueuses, y compris des muqueuses du tube digestif, des voies urogénitales et du système bronchique, et/ou des tissus conjonctifs, ladite formulation comprenant une phase lipophile en une quantité de 1 à 10 % en poids, un mélange de tensioactif et de co-tensioactif en une quantité de 1 à 50 % en poids, une phase hydrophile en une quantité de 40 à 80 % en poids, et, en tant que principe actif, de la ciclosporine et/ou des dérivés de celle-ci en une concentration de 0,1 à 20 % en poids.
