The invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation in the form of agglomerates containing A) an adjuvant consisting of a) 60 - 97 % by weight of sugar or sugar alcohols, b) 1 - 25 % by weight of a disintegration agent c)1 - 15 % by weight of water insoluble, film-forming polymers d) 0 -15 % by weight of water soluble polymers, and e) 0 - 15 % by weight of additional conventional pharmaceutical adjuvants, the sum of the components a) to e) totalling 100 % by weight, and B) at least one active ingredient.
La présente invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique se présentant sous forme de produits agglomérés contenant A) un adjuvant composé de a) 60 - 97 % en poids de sucre ou d'alcools de sucre, b) 1 -25 % en poids d'un agent de délitement, c) 1 - 15 % en poids de polymères insolubles dans l'eau et filmogènes, d) 0 - 15 % en poids de polymères hydrosolubles, et e) 0 - 15 % en poids d'autres adjuvants pharmaceutiques courants, la somme des composants a) à e) s'élevant à 100%, ainsi que B) au moins un principe actif.
