The invention concerns a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition, characterised in that it comprises at least a compound for inhibiting Langerhans' cell migration, said active compound being selected in the group consisting of protein kinase C (PKC) inhibiting compounds, matrix metalloprotease (MMP) inhibiting compounds, and combinations thereof, and at least a pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable carrier. Said composition enables to inhibit considerably Langerhans' cell migration induced by the presence of an allergenic agent.
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique ou cosmétique, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un composé actif pour inhiber la migration des cellules de Langerhans, ledit composé actif étant choisi dans le groupe constipé par les composés inhibiteurs de la protéine kinase C (PKC), les composés inhibiteurs des métalloprotéases matricielles (MMPs), et les associations de ceux-ci, et au moins une excipient pharmaceutiquement ou cosmétiquement acceptable. Cette composition permet d'inhiber de manière spectaculaire la migration des cellule de Langerhans induite par la présence d'un agent allergène.
