ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pharmaceutical composistion is disclosed which comprises (a) a pharmacologically effective amount of bunazosin or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and (b) a monoglyceride of a fatty acid having 8 to 12 carbon atoms and/or a lactic acid ester of an aliphatic alcohol having 12 to 18 carbon atoms. The composition exhibits improved properties for percutaneous administration.
