The present invention provides pharmaceutical preparations for inhibiting in vitro and in vivo cancerous prostate, gastrointestinal and breast tumours. In one embodiment the pharmaceutical preparation includes prostatic inhibin peptide which may be administered in an appropriate dosage form, dosage quantity and dosage regimen to a patient suffering from prostate cancer. In another embodiment the pharmaceutical preparation includes a mixture of prostatic inhibin peptide and a cancer drug which may be administered in an appropriate dosage form, dosage quantity and dosage regimen to a patient suffering from, for example gastrointestinal cancer. The cancer drug of the latter mixture may be one selected from the group of drugs including mitomycin, idalubicin, cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil, methotrexate, adriamycin and donomycin.
L'invention fournit des préparations pharmaceutiques pour inhiber in vitro et in vivo les tumeurs cancéreuses de la prostate, du système gastro-intestinal et du sein. Dans une réalisation, la préparation pharmaceutique comprend le peptide inhibine de la prostate qui peut être administré sous une forme, dans une quantité et dans un schéma posologiques appropriés à un patient souffrant de l'adénocarcinome de la prostate. Dans une autre réalisation, la préparation pharmaceutique comprend un mélange du peptide inhibine de la prostate et d'un médicament anticancéreux qui peut être administré sous une forme, dans une quantité et dans un schéma posologiques appropriés à un patient atteint, par exemple, d'un cancer gastro-intestinal. Le médicament anticancéreux du dernier mélange peut être choisi dans le groupe des médicaments comprenant la mitomycine, l'idalubicine, la cisplatine, le 5-fluorouracil, le méthotrexate, l'adriamycine et le donomycine.
