ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A pharmaceutical preparation, which has an anti- hypertensive and cardio-protective effect, which coprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of a combination of .alpha.-isopropyl-.alpha.-[(N-methyl-N- homoveratryl)-y--aminopropyl]-3,4-dimethoxyphenyl- acetonitrile in the form of a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt, 2,4,7-triamino-6-phenyl- pteridine and 6-chloro-3,4-dihydro-7-sulfamoyl-2H- 1,2,4-benzothiadiazine-1,1-dioxide as active ingredients, in combination with a carrier and auxiliary materials in single dosage form.
