It is intended to provide a method for evaluating the medicinal effect of a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a cell expressing CPSF5 protein; (b) bringing the cell into contact with an HDAC inhibitor; (c) measuring the acetylation level of CPSF5 protein in the cell; and (d) comparing the acetylation level measured in the step (c) with the measured acetylation level of CPSF5 protein in a control cell that has not been brought into contact with the HDAC inhibitor.
La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à évaluer l~effet médicinal d~un inhibiteur d~histone déacétylase (HDAC) comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) préparer une cellule exprimant la protéine CPSF5 ; (b) mettre la cellule en contact avec un inhibiteur HDAC ; (c) mesurer le niveau d~acétylation de la protéine CPSF5 dans la cellule ; et (d) comparer le niveau d'acétylation mesuré lors de l'étape (c) avec le niveau d'acétylation de la protéine CPSF5 dans une cellule témoin n'ayant pas encore été mise en contact avec l~inhibiteur HDAC.
