PHASE SHIFTER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE According to the invention, a phase shifter comprises two multiwinding transformers. The primary windings of the like phases of different transformers are connected in series and arranged in a three-phase system. The secondary windings of unlike phases of different transformers are in- terconnected and form two three-phase output voltage sets. Each transformer has control windings connected to respec- tive switching devices. Actustion of a respective switching device provides for changing the phase angle between the three-phase output voltage sets from 0° to 120° or 180°.
