The invention relates to novel, low-viscosity polyurethane-prepolymers (PUR prepolymers) comprising NCO groups blocked by compounds containing phenol groups, to a method for their production and to their use in the production of polyurethane plastics. The blocking of the NCO groups takes place in the presence of a triorganoamine.
