A phenolic polymer nanotube having a specific shape. It is obtained by conducting: a reaction step in which at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of phenols and derivatives thereof is reacted with aldehyde monomer in the presence of a basic condensation agent; a treatment step in which the precursor obtained in the reaction step is treated with a strong base; and a polymerization step in which the reactive precursor obtained in the treatment step is polymerized by dropping it into an aqueous solution containing the monomer and a surfactant.

L'invention concerne un nanotube polymère phénolique présentant une forme spécifique. On obtient ce nanotube par exécution d'une étape de réaction, dans laquelle au moins un monomère est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par des phénols et des dérivés de ceux-ci, avec un monomère d'aldéhyde en présence d'un agent de condensation basique; d'une étape de traitement dans laquelle le précurseur obtenu dans l'étape de réaction est traité au moyen d'une base forte; et d'une étape de polymérisation dans laquelle le précurseur réactif obtenu dans l'étape de traitement est polymérisé au moyen d'une solution aqueuse contenant ledit monomère et un tensioactif.
