Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to compound of the formula Image (I) in which R1 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a further p-chloro- phenoxy group, and R2 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group. Those com- pounds are prepared by reacting cinnarizine of a derivative thereof with the appropriate chlorophenoxy acid. The products of formula (I) are useful as lipid serum-cholesterol and serum-triglyceride reducing agents.
