Abstract of the Disclosure Novel substituted p-phenylenediamines of the formula IIa Image SIla) wherein R1 and R2 independently is C1-C4-alkyl or C3-C5- alkenyl and each of R3 And R4 independently is chlorine or bromine, whilst at least one of R1 and R2 is C3 C5-alkenyl. These p-phenylenediamines are useful intermediates in the prepartion of pesticidally active substituted N-(p-amino- phenyl)-N'-benzoyl ureas of the formula I Image (I), wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 have the meaning as defined above and each of R5 and R6 independently is hydrogenm fluorine or chlorine, with the proviso that R5 and R6 are not both simultaneously hydrogen.
