A functional fluid that is particularly useful as an aircraft hydraulic fluid is provided. The fluid contains a major amout of an organo/phosphate ester base stock; based on the total weight of the fluid of from about 0.5 to 10 wt% of certain alkoxylated polyether amines and from about 4 to about 20 wt% of auxiliary additives selected from the group consisting essentially of antioxidants, VI improvers, rust inhibitors, erosion inhibitors and defoamers.

L' invention se rapporte à un fluide fonctionnel particulièrement utile en tant que fluide hydraulique pour aéronefs. Ce fluide contient une quantité importante d' une charge de base d' ester organophosphorique; et, par rapport au poids total du fluide, environ 0.5 à 10 % en poids de certaines amines à base de polyéther alkoxylé et environ 4 à 20 % en poids d' additifs auxiliaires sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué essentiellement par des antioxydants, des additifs améliorant l' indice de viscosité, des inhibiteurs de rouille, des inhibiteurs d' érosion et des additifs antimousse.
