ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Anhydrous sodium tripolyphosphate is hydrated with a solution of lemon juice, forming a dry granular mixture capable of long periods of storage with little or no reduction in anti-oxidant activity of the lemon juice or any of the desirable properties of the tripolyphosphate. Erythorbates or ascorbates may be used with the tripoly- phosphate lemon juice mixture.
