An analogue of a biologically active compound whose activity within a cell is regulated by phosphorylation of said compound, wherein said analogue comprises a di- or tri-phosphate mimic at the site of phosphorylation, said mimic being a moiety of formula (I) wherein X and Y, which may be the same or different, are fluorine or hydroxy, and Z represents an electron with drawing group or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, are useful for treating a disease which is caused or exacerbated by a biologically active compound whose activity within a cell is regulated by phosphorylation of said compound.

La présente invention concerne un analogue d'un composé biologiquement actif, ou l'un de ses sels galéniques, analogue dont l'activité dans une cellule est régulée par la phosphorylation du composé considéré. En l'occurrence, cet analogue comporte au site de phosphorylation un mimique de diphosphate ou de triphosphate, lequel mimique est un radical représenté par la formule générale (I). Dans cette formule générale (I), X et Y, qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, sont fluor ou hydroxy, Z représentant un électron avec un groupe d'attraction. Cet analogue ou ses sels galéniques conviennent particulièrement au traitement d'une maladie provoquée ou exacerbée par un composé biologiquement actif dont l'activité dans une cellule est régulée par la phosphorylation du composé considéré.
