Phospholipid derivatives resulting from coupling of ascorbic acid to a glycerol ester or ether via a phosphoric acid residue and having antioxidant activity and lipid peroxide inhibiting activity, which have the formula (see fig. I) (see fig. II) wherein R1 and R2 represent the same or different and each represents an alkyl or acyl group and neither formula represents any particular configuration nor conformation.

Des dérivés de phospholipides contiennent de l'acide ascorbique associé à un ester ou à un éther de glycérol par l'intermédiaire de l'acide phosphorique, et ont des propriétés anti-oxydantes et inhibitoires du peroxyde des lipides. Ces dérivés sont représentés par les formules (I) et (II), dans lesquelles R1 et R2 peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent chacun de l'alkyle ou de l'acyle, à condition que les deux formules n'aient pas la même configuration.
