ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel n-oleyl derivatives of natural and synthetic phosphatidylethanolamines of the formula: Image wherein R1 and R2 are saturated or unsaturated, straight-chain, or branched aliphatic acids, and the production thereof are disclosed. Such derivatives exhibit antilipemic and anti- arteriosclerotic properties and are thus useful in pharmaceutical compositions.
