(OR)3, wherein R's, which may be the same or different, are an alkyl radical, an aryl radical or an alkylaryl radical and (B) a transesteri- fication product between a dihydroxy aromatic compound and a phosphorous compound selected from the group consisting of the phosphorous acid ester Image and phosphoric acid ester Image wherein R1, R2 and R3, which may be the same or different, are alkyl radicals, aryl radicals or alkylaryl radicals.
