A phosphoric ester demulsifier composition prepared by reacting one or more alkylphenol-formaldehyde resin alkoxylates or one or more polyalkylene glycols, or a mixture thereof, with about 0.001 to about 1.0 molar equivalents of one or more phosphorous compounds selected from phosphorous oxychloride, phosphorous pentoxide and phosphoric acid and a method of using the demulsifier composition to resolve water-in-oil emulsions.

Cette invention concerne une composition de désémulsification d'ester phosphorique préparée selon un procédé consistant à faire réagir un ou plusieurs alcoxylates de résine alkylphénol-formaldéhyde ou un ou plusieurs polyalkylène glycols, ou un mélange de ceux-ci, avec environ 0,001 à environ 1,0 équivalents molaires d'un ou plusieurs composés phosphoreux sélectionnés parmi l'oxychlorure phosphoreux, le pentoxyde phosphoreux et l'acide phosphorique. Cette invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation de cette composition de désémulsification pour la décomposition d'émulsions eau dans l'huile.
