The present invention relates to a process for controlling at least one androgen receptor- (AR-) regulated mechanism in mammalian cells under histone-phosphorylating conditions, said process comprising allowing at least one inhibitor with specificity for at least one protein kinase C-related kinase (PRK) to act on said at least one PRK1 thereby modulating, preferably down-regulating, the activity of said at least one PRK and optionally blocking said at least one androgen receptor-regulated mechanism in said mammalian cells.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de contrôler au moins un mécanisme régulé par un récepteur d'androgène (AR) chez des cellules de mammifères dans des conditions de phosphorylation de l'histone, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à laisser agir au moins un inhibiteur ayant une spécificité pour au moins une kinase liée à la protéine kinase C (PRK) sur ladite au moins une PRK1, modulant ainsi, de préférence régulant à la baisse, l'activité de ladite au moins une PRK et bloquant éventuellement ledit au moins un mécanisme régulé par un récepteur d'androgène dans lesdites cellules de mammifères.
