Methods for calibrating a photocontrol device having at least one flexible mounting leg mounting the photosensor to a circuit board and being electrically coupled to activate a switching device and calibrated photocontrol devices are provided. A photocontrol device is positioned proximate a light source. An aperture is positioned between the photosensor and the light source and an angle between the at least one flexible mounting leg and the circuit board is adjusted to calibrate a sensitivity of the photocontrol device to light from the light source passing through the aperture.
Procédés servant à étalonner un dispositif de contrôle photoélectrique possédant au moins un montant flexible permettant de fixer un détecteur photoélectrique à une carte imprimée et couplé de manière à exciter un dispositif de commutation et des dispositifs de contrôle photoélectrique étalonnés. Un dispositif de contrôle photoélectrique est placé à proximité d'une source de lumière. Une ouverture est placée entre ce détecteur photoélectrique et la source de lumière et un angle entre le montant flexible et la carte imprimée est réglé afin d'étalonner la sensibilité du dispositif de contrôle photoélectrique par rapport à la lumière émise par la source de lumière et passant à travers l'ouverture.
