A method for the preparation of a photocurable resin by a reaction comprising the following steps i) reacting a mixture of a novolak type epoxy resin (A) and a dicyclopentadiene-phenol glycidylether resin (B) with ii) an advancement component (C) containing at least 2 phenolic hydroxyl groups per molecule; iii) reacting with an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid (D); and iv) esterification of the unsaturated group containing resin obtained from the steps of i) to iii) with a polycarboxylic acid anhydride or a carboxylic acid anhydride (E) is disclosed.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une résine photodurcissable par une réaction comprenant les étapes suivantes : i) mise en réaction d'un mélange d'une résine époxy de type novolaque (A) et d'une résine de dicyclopentadiène-phénol glycidyléther (B) avec ii) un composant d'avancement (C) contenant au moins deux groupes hydroxyles phénoliques par molécule ; iii) mise en réaction avec un acide monocarboxylique insaturé (D) ; et iv) estérification de la résine contenant le groupe insaturé, obtenue à l'issue des étapes i) à iii), avec un anhydride d'acide polycarboxylique ou un anhydride d'acide carboxylique (E).
