Abstract of the Disclosure: Photocurable molding, impreg- nating and coating compositions based on unsaturated polyester resins containing UV sensitizers, wherein the sensitizers are acylphosphine oxide compounds of the general formula Image A preferred sensitizer is 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyldiphenyl- phosphine oxide which is employed with or without conven- tional UV sensitizers, preferably benzil-dimethylketal. The compositions can be cured to give moldings and coatings.
