A curable composition for use as a sealant, in which the curable composition comprises a silicone fluid in an amount from 80 wt% to 90 wt%, a vinyl group containing polyorganosiloxane in an amount from 10 wt% to 20 wt%, a hydrogen containing polysiloxane in an amount from 0.5 wt% to 2.0 wt%, and a hydrosilation photocatalyst in an amount from 5 ppm to 100 ppm. The sealant cures in 1 second to 20 seconds during reaction of the vinyl group containing polydiorganosiloxane and the hydrogen containing polysiloxane, by exposure to ultraviolet radiation, in the presence of the hydrosilation photocatalyst. The sealant has an adhesion force to plastic from 2.0 N/100mm to 4.0 N/100mm.
Cette invention concerne une composition durcissable utilisée comme matériau d'étanchéité. Cette composition durcissable renferme : entre 80 et 90 % en poids de fluide silicone ; entre 10 et 20 % en poids de polyorganosiloxane contenant un groupe vinyle ; entre 0,5 et 2,0 % en poids de polysiloxane contenant de l'hydrogène ; et entre 5 et 100 ppm d'un photocatalyseur d'hydrosilation. Le matériau d'étanchéité durcit en 1 à 20 secondes pendant la réaction du polydiorganosiloxane contenant un groupe vinyle avec le polysiloxane contenant de l'hydrogène, sous l'effet de l'exposition au rayonnement ultraviolet, en présence du photocatalyseur d'hydrosilation. Le matériau d'étanchéité présente une force d'adhérence au plastique comprise entre 2,0 N/100mm et 4,0 N/100mm.
