ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An array of flash lamps of the high voltage type has a plastic housing which is provided with one or more openings through the housing wall adjacent to a electrical ground part of circuitry contained in the array. Theopenings provide discharge paths for an electrostatically charged person or object touching the array, thus reducing the possibility of accidental flashing of lamps by electrostatic charges.
