ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A photograph album includes front and rear covers and a plurality of album pages releasably bound together. The pages have a pair of spaced apart U-shaped hinges affixed to one longitudinal edge thereof, and a pair of flexible strap members extend through the U-shaped hinges on each page and are releasably secured to the front cover and to the rear cover. The front cover is constructed of a rigid base sheet, an intermediate sheet positioned upon the base sheet and secured thereto with one longitudinal edge portion of the intermediate sheet remaining detached from the base sheet and defining a pocket extending substantially the length of the front cover. A flexible cover material covers the marginal portions of the base and intermediate sheets. A rectangular frame assembly corresponds in size to the front cover and is secured thereto and includes a backing sheet and a rectangular frame member positioned upon and engaging the backing sheet and formed of paperboard material. A cover material covers the frame member and the marginal portions of the backing sheet along three side portions thereof to secure the margin- al edge of the frame and backing member together along three adjacent edges, one longitudinal edge of the backing remain- ing detached from the corresponding longitudinal edge of the frame member to define an axis opening through the length of the frame assembly adjacent the opening for the pocket. A mat sheet of paper material with a plurality of different sized openings is positioned between the frame member and the backing sheet and is readily removable therefrom and a transparent sheet is positioned between the mat sheet and the frame member. The frame assembly frames a plurality of photographs and each opening in the mat individually frames each photograph.
