ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This application relates to the use of certain dihydro-benzotriazine compounds as photographic silver halide developing agents and to photographic processes, products and compositions which utilize the same. The compounds are effective developers in acid environment as well as in basic environment. Also described are novel dihydro-benzotriazine compounds.
