PHOTOCURABLE POLIMIDE COMPOSITIONS AND METHOD FOR MAKING ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is provided an article of manufacture prepared by (A) applying a coating of a solution containing a polymer having at least one pendant aromatic group and a bis-maleimide to a substrate; (B) allowing the coated substrate to dry; (C) exposing the coated substrate to a source of light for a time sufficient to effect crosslinking of said polymer having at least one pendant organic group and said bis-maleimide; and (D) developing the exposed substrate.
