The invention concerns a photosensitive device comprising a matrix of photosensitive points particularly of the type produced by semiconductor material deposition techniques. More particularly (but not exclusively), the invention concerns the control of such devices used for detecting radiological images. The invention also concerns a method for controlling the photosensitive device. The photosensitive device comprises means for adjusting the polarisation amplitude for separately adjusting the polarisation amplitude of the photosensitive points (P1 to P9; P401 to P 409). The method for controlling the photosensitive device comprises a calibration phase which consists in adjusting the polarisation amplitude of each of the photodetector elements (Dp) independently of one another, so as to obtain the best coincidence of the output saturation levels between two photosensitive points.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif photosensible comportant une matrice de points photosensibles du type notamment réalisés par des techniques de dépôt de matériaux semi-conducteurs. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement (mais non exclusivement) la commande de tels dispositifs utilisés pour la détection d'images radiologiques. Elle concerne aussi un procédé de commande du dispositif photosensible. Le dispositf photosensible comporte des moyens de réglage de l'amplitude de la polarisation permettant de régler séparément l'amplitude de la polarisation des points photosensibles (P1 à P9; P401 à P409). Le procédé de commande du dispositif photosensible consiste en phase de calibration à régler l'amplitude de la polarisation de chacun des éléments photodétecteurs (Dp) séparément l'un de l'autre, de façon à faire coïncider au mieux les niveaux de saturation de sortie des deux points photosensibles.
