ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Pharmacologically active compounds of the general formula Image I where x is oxygen or sulphur and the radical R represents a quinuclidyl radical, a Cl-C6-alkyl radical, a phenyl radical, a pyridyl radical, a phenyl or pyridyl radical substituted by the radicals R1, R2 and/or R3, a C1-C6-alkyl radical substituted by pyridyl or alkylpynidyl or a C1-C6-alkyl radical substituted by phenyl, where each phanyl radical may also be substituted by the radicals R1, R2 and/or R3 and the radicals Rl, R2 and R3 are the same or differenk and represent hydrogen, halogen, trihalogenmethyl, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, carboxy, Carb-C1-C6-alkoxy, amino, C1-C6-alkylamino, C1-C6-diaklylamino, C1-C6-trialkylamino, C2-C6-alkanoylamino or C2-C6-alkanoylamino which contains one more amino group in the alkyl portion, and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts. The compounds have analgesic, anti- inflammatry, anticonvulsive and antipyretic effects.
