A compound of the formula (I): wherein R H represents one or more optional substituents on the fused cyclohexene ring; R1 is selected from H and halo; R N is selected from H and optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl; and R C1 and R C2 are independently selected from H, R, C(=O)OR where R is optionally substituted C1-10 alkyl, optionally substituted C5-20 aryl or optionally substituted C3-20 heterocyclyl; R C1 and R C2 together with the carbon atom to which they are attached may form an optionally substituted spiro-fused C5-7 carbocylic or heterocyclic ring.

L'invention porte sur un composé représenté par la formule (I) : RH représente un ou plusieurs substituants éventuels sur le noyau cyclohexène fusionné; R1 est choisi parmi H et halo; RN est choisi parmi H et alkyle en C1-10 éventuellement substitué; et RC1 et RC2 sont indépendamment choisis parmi H, R, C(=O)OR, où R est alkyle en C1-10 éventuellement substitué, aryle en C5-20 éventuellement substitué ou hétérocyclyle en C3-20 éventuellement substitué; RC1 et RC2 conjointement avec l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont attachés peuvent former un noyau carbocyclique ou hétérocyclique en C5-7 à fusion spiro éventuellement substitué.
