A physical exercise apparatus equipped with upwardly and downwardly movable bars on which footrest platforms are mounted, and having grip poles that are fixed or movable as part of an exercise, wherein the platforms are tiltable to both sides transverse to an axis that extends along the length of the bars. The platforms each have a tilting mechanism that is steplessly or stepwise adjustable from a locked position to a tilting function state, and the platforms have a means for engagement with a guide track and/or articulated arms that are fastened to the fitness apparatus frame, whereby the platform is cause to be slidably guidable along the bars, and that the movement is a function of the vertical movement of the bars.
L'invention concerne un appareil d'exercice physique équipé de barres mobiles qui peuvent être déplacées vers le haut et vers le bas, et sur lesquelles des plateformes repose-pieds sont montées. Cet appareil comprend également des tiges de préhension fixes ou mobiles selon l'exercice. Les plateformes sont inclinables sur deux côtés transversaux par rapport à un axe s'étendant le long des barres. Ces plateformes comportent chacune un mécanisme d'inclinaison pouvant être réglé sans à-coups ou progressivement entre une position bloquée et un état à fonction d'inclinaison. Lesdites plateformes possèdent des moyens destinés à entrer en prise avec un rail de guidage et/ou des bras articulés fixés à la structure de cet appareil de conditionnement physique. La plateforme peut être guidée par coulissement le long des barres, ce mouvement dépendant du mouvement vertical des barres.
