The invention relates to a physical training machine (1) with attitude adjustment, of the type comprising at least a posture portion (2) and an implement portion (3; 4); the posture portion (2) is provided with means (20) able to allow a user to be positioned in an exercise configuration wherein the user him/herself is set to perform a physical training exercise; the implement portion (3; 4) is provided with action means (30), accessible to the user when he/she is positioned in exercise configuration and employable by him/her for the application of a force able to contrast, for the execution of the exercise, a resistance offered by thephysical training machine; the physical training machine (1) comprises means (6)for adjusting the relative position between the posture portion (2) and the implement portion (3; 4) acting on one thereof and connecting means (7), positioned and acting between the posture (2) and the implement portions (3; 4) able to modify the position of one of the portions as derived by the change in position of the other one of said portions. La présente invention a pour objet un machine d'entraînement physique (1) comportant un dispositif de réglage de l'attitude, du type comportant une partie posture (2) et une partie accessoire (3 et 4); la partie posture (2) est pourvue d'un mécanisme (20) permettant à l'utilisateur d'adapter sa posture en fonction de l'exercice d'entraînement physique envisagé; la partie accessoire (3 et 4) est dotée d'un mécanisme (30) permettant à l'utilisateur placé en position d'exercice d'appliquer des charges en vue d'augmenter la résistance offerte par la machine d'entraînement physique (1); la machine d'entraînement physique (1) comporte également un mécanisme (6) permettant de régler la position relative de la partie posture (2) par rapport à la partie accessoire (3 et 4); un dispositif de raccordement (7) positionné entre la partie posture (2) et la partie accessoire (3 et 4) de la machine permet de modifier la position de l'une des parties de la machine par rapport à l'autre partie de la machine d'entraînement physique.
