A post-core restoration apparatus consists of a physiological dental anchoring post (1) made of composite material, and a crown restoration material (3) placed between the post (1) and the healthy dentin walls (2a), the post (1) being made of high resistance fibres (5) embedded in resin (4). To improve the physical behaviour of the post, its fibres are extended in the axial direction of the post (1), are continuous from one end to the other and under equal tension, giving the post mechanical characteristics similar to dentin with respect to the modulus of cross elasticity, and superior to dentin with respect to resistance to compression-traction in the longitudinal direction and resistance to shear.
Un ensemble de reconstitution coronoradiculaire comporte un tenon d'ancrage dentaire physiologique (1) en matériau composite, et un matériau de reconstitution coronaire (3) mis en place entre le tenon (1) et les parois de dentine saine (2a), le tenon (1) étant du type à fibres de haute résistance (5) noyées dans une résine (4). Pour améliorer le comportement physique du tenon ses fibres (5) sont allongées dans le sens axial du tenon (1), continues d'une extrémité à l'autre et équitendues de manière que le tenon ainsi obtenu présente des caractéristiques mécaniques voisines de celles de la dentine en ce qui concerne le module d'élasticité transversal et supérieures é celles de la dentine en ce qui concerne la résistance à la compression-traction dans le sens longitudinal et la résistance au cisaillement.
