ABSTRACT A picture carrier is formed from a single sheet of paper and comprises generally rectangular front and back panels, and a spinal column adjoined to the front panel by a first fold line and adjoined to the back panel by a second fold line. The front panel i adapted to overly the back panel by effecting folds about the first and second fold lines, thereby defining respective faces of the front and back panels in opposing relation. Formed on the opposing faces of the front and back panels are pockets for retaining photographic films and/or prints. The folder design of the picture carrier protects these photographic materials from damage resulting from creasing or bending, and by incorporating the spinal column, the picture carrier is consequently self- supporting, so that it may be conveniently positioned upright on a shelf, facilitating storage and retrieval thereof.
