PIEZOELECTRIC MOTOR Abstract A piezoelectric motor comprises a stator and a rotor. The stator has a housing, a piezoelectric oscillator generating radial mode vibrations mounted on the housing, said oscillator comprising a piezoelectric cell with electrodes and at least two pushers. Each pusher has one end secured at least on one flat surface of the piezoelectric cell so that a gap is provided between the piezoelectric cell and the pusher. The other end of each pusher rests against the rotor.
