In a traditional and conventional way of processing piglets1, the individual who does naturally hold and insert the piglet between his/her legs, knees or thighs with the body bending position. He/she then reach for the animal health accessories (e.g. syringes, alcohol, needles etc.) to proceed with the processing. In this state, the individual suffers from neuro-physical and mental health risks like for example back pain. In this invention, the all-in-one multipurpose, and convertible piglet processing cart will hold the piglet, carry all they animal health accessories at a body upright position and hand relaxed level. The new machine is useful for surgical procedures, shuffling/sizing, fostering piglets and milk feeding. It will also allow the individual to gather the data weight of all piglets born which is considered raw and most essential parameter for production analysis such as feed conversion and animal growth rate. Lastly, it makes the job fast, accurate, handy and healthy that would help the individual render efficient and effective work. 1 The act of giving animal husbandry to piglets including teeth clipping, tattoing, castrating, medicating, tail docking, weight gathering and others.
