A pillow is provided which includes a neck portion extending along a length of the pillow, and a head portion attached to the neck portion, the head portion divided into at least two head compartments. A filling material is provided within the neck and head portions. The pillow can also be embodied as a pillowcase having a first side, a second side, and an opening for receiving a pillow therein. Within at least one of the first side and second side, the pillowcase includes a neck portion extending along a length of the pillowcase, a head portion including at least two head compartments, and a filling material provided within the neck and head portions.

L'invention concerne un oreiller comprenant une partie cou s'étendant sur une longueur de l'oreiller et une partie tête fixée à la partie cou, la partie tête étant divisée en au moins deux compartiments. Un matériau de remplissage est placé à l'intérieur des parties cou et tête. Cet oreiller peut également se présenter sous la forme une taie possédant un premier côté, un deuxième côté et une ouverture servant à loger l'oreiller.
